We are very proud to have sponsored several events in our local community this summer.

MTFC 10K

The inaugural Melksham Town FC 10K, held on June 30th, was a brand new event for Melksham. Starting and finishing at MTFC, the event was well supported with nearly 300 runners taking part and all receiving a MMS goody bag for their efforts!

4 members of the Melksham Motor Spares staff also took part; Lewis, Alison, Julie and Kevin all successfully completed the course in ideal running conditions, a welcome change to the searing heat of the day before!

Melksham Party in the Park

Held at the King George V playing field in Melksham on July 20th, this annual event has grown to become a highly popular fixture on the local calendar and 2019 saw the event celebrating it's 20th anniversary.

After a less than favourable forecast in the days before the event, thankfully the weather held and we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon meeting everyone who visited our stand and got to try their luck on the NGK Race Simulator, Spark Plug Challenge and the Wix Buzz Wire Game and go home with a whole host of prizes and MMS goodies!

Kilmersdon Cricket Club Match Ball Sponsor

We are pleased to have supported this friendly village cricket club this summer by being match ball sponsors. The club pride themself on encouraging participation over ability with their main aim ensuring that all members enjoy themselves on the cricket field whether they win, lose or draw.
